The Light House Cinema
The Light House Cinema at Smithfield presents a diverse and individual programme of the best Irish, independent, foreign-language, arthouse and classic cinema, and is committed to championing films of quality from original, creative film makers.
Smithfield is very close to the city centre, has its own LUAS stop, welcomes bikes (do be careful on the cobbles) and has an underground car park for 300 cars right next door.
By LUAS
Get the Red line to Smithfield (Zone 1). Walk halfway up Smithfield Plaza. On your left hand side is a raised public space, where you will find the entrance to Light House Cinema.
By Foot
Smithfield Plaza is approximately a 15-minute walk from O'Connell Bridge on
the north side of the River Liffey, walking in a westerly direction.
By Car
There is a one-way system in place around Smithfield. From North King Street, veer left onto Queen Street and here you will see a sign on your left for the secure Smithfield underground car park.
