IT’S A FAMILY AFFAIR
Our Volunteers are the everyday family members of our community – mothers, brothers, sisters, sons, grandmothers, friends, mentors, lovers or sponsors - found in all ages, occupations, identities & backgrounds, generously lending themselves to staffing various departments and venues for the festival period. Their passion can be felt everywhere from the lobbies welcoming the patrons, to assisting with back of house duties with the Festival Hub and admin & production roles, to liaising with our guests in hospitality. The Family That Plays Together, Stays Together!
Volunteering is more than just a fantastic to experience the cinematic celebration that the festival brings to Dublin each year, but its presents a chance for those involved to become a ‘community’ that evolves far beyond the dates of the festival into the social and professional circles of The Arts & LGBT Scene.
Here at GAZE we support you for being you, your choice, your journey, your right to be yourself regardless of social or familial barriers – we count ourselves and volunteering programme as one of the vital step stones for you to meet like minded fellow peers who you can share your experiences, knowledge and questions with. Here at GAZE we look out for each other and bring the best that you can be out in you
